The Cooperativa Apícola del Tala Ltda is made up of 27 partners that produce pure honey from bees across the province of Entre Ríos. This partnership was born in 2012 and gives life to our own brand of bee honey… Cosechas del Tala that means Harvests from Tala.

Our partners constitute a solid network of associated producers who supply honeys of varied flowering according to the different regions of the province. We maintain a historical and direct relationship with each beekeeper, supporting and supervising their whole working process, from the beekeeper to the customer..
The distinguishing factor of Cosechas del Tala's honey is the Know-How of its production based on years of experience within the beekeeping activity and the continuous improvement policy.

We produce, process and export pure honey from bees worldwide, satisfying the requirements of our most demanding clients. We add value throughout the production and marketing chain, fulfilling the highest international standards. We work to develop reliable and long-term relationships with external partners.
Entre Ríos’ honey is well-known worldwide for its quality and purity.
Our plant has an extraction room, a pre-heating and homogenizing room, a packaging room and a drum storage warehouse, which allow us to be more agile when categorizing the different honeys that we process. In addition, we have a lot traceability system.

We are committed to the beekeeping sector. We actively participate in FILAPI -Latin American International Beekeeping Federation-, we are a founding member of CAFRAM -Chamber of Honey Fractionators- and our plant has the headquarters of the FECAER -Federation of Beekeeping Cooperatives of Entre Ríos-. In addition, we develop regional projects that promote the consumption of honey from childhood.

Honey is considered a higher level food product or superfood due to the high density of nutrients it provides to humans. It is also highly appreciated as a medicinal product for the active ingredientes of its special composition.

Varies from light amber to dark brown up to 50mm Pfund, depending on the type of flowering in the area and the harvest period.
Appearance and Texture
Dense liquid, variable according to flowering. It tends to moderate crystallization.
Flavor
According to the type of honey. Taste is influenced by the vegetation, the ground, the climate during the nectar collection and the season of the year.
